We offer 30-day returns on all unused, unwashed products in original condition with tags attached. Final sale items (marked in the Outlet section) are not eligible for return.

Yes - exchanges are processed as a return + new order. Start your return and place a new order for your preferred item. We'll process both as quickly as possible.
We use a variety of premium materials across our lineup - including high-density nylon, 900D polyester, vegan leather accents, and YKK zippers. Specific materials are listed on each product page.
Most of our bags feature a water-resistant exterior finish. They are designed to handle light rain and everyday exposure, but are not fully waterproof. We recommend avoiding submersion.
Edition22 bags are backed by a 1-year manufacturer's warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. Normal wear and tear is not covered.
